When a pack ends or your engagement with that organization stops, close out so labels, drafts, and payouts stay clean.

Checklist

1

Submit or release work

Finish in-progress RLHF items and writing drafts, or release them in the UI before the end date.
2

Log final hours

For hourly projects, submit accurate time before cutoff.
3

Delete local copies

Remove downloaded scenarios, traces, or credentials from personal machines.
4

Expect tool revocation

Project Slack, drives, and UIs go away after offboarding.
5

Confirm payout details

Final approved work pays on the next cycle when payouts run through the portal. Verify payment settings.
Leaving one project does not close your Akhara account. You may still receive invitations for other engagements you are eligible for.

Paused projects

If a pack pauses:
  • No new tasks from that project
  • Account stays active
  • Submit outstanding hours
  • Other projects may continue

After offboarding

You get email confirmation when offboarding completes. Questions on final payout → project lead or [email protected].
