Your profile is the routing surface for enterprise projects. Invitations and assignments stay inside the specialties you list.

What to fill in

Personal information

  • Full legal name: Must match payment and tax documents when payouts run through the portal
  • Email: Task notifications
  • Phone: Required before contract offers (SMS verified)
  • Location: Country and timezone

Professional background

  • Current role and years of experience
  • Employer / organization (your enterprise, or current / most recent)
  • Licenses or certifications when your domain requires them (e.g. clinical license numbers)

Specialties & skills

Be precise. This controls task fit for your org’s packs:
  • Primary domains: The fields you will judge and write in (e.g. retail checkout policy, ambulatory care, pharmacy ops)
  • Sub-skills: Narrow strengths (triage, prior auth, catalog merchandising, etc.)
  • Languages: Languages you can evaluate or author in
  • Task preferences: RLHF labeling, domain writing, or both
Do not list specialties you cannot defend under expert review. Out-of-domain submissions get rejected and can pause invitations on the engagement.

Availability

  • Hours per week
  • Typical days / times
  • Earliest start date
Update specialties when your focus changes. Stale profiles send the wrong work.

Credential checks

Some enterprise packs require verification before you see tasks:
  • License or credential upload
  • Short domain assessment
  • Identity verification at offer time (see Project onboarding)
You will be notified when a project needs extra checks.
