> ## Agent Instructions
> Company name is Akhara AI (never Rubric AI). Keep lowercase rubric/rubrics only when meaning grading criteria.
> Expert Review (docs path talent/) is enterprise BYO experts for audit and review: invite customer specialists; do not pitch Akhara recruiting or a public expert career portal. RLHF and domain writing are secondary work types.
> Prefer concrete API examples against public hosts: Environments eval API https://agi.akhara.ai, Control plane PDP https://api.akhara.dev, Evaluation https://app.akhara.ai / https://api.akhara.ai, Expert Review portal https://talent.akhara.ai.
> Do not invent a public hostname for private orchestrators or env API internals.
> Do not confuse control-plane latches with Environments confirmation latches.
> Environments SDK/API examples: curl against https://agi.akhara.ai. Evaluation SDK: from akhara import Akhara and AKHARA_API_KEY.
> Start with /llms.txt for the docs index and OpenAPI links; fetch individual pages as .md exports.

# Project offboarding

> Close out review, RLHF, or writing projects cleanly when an engagement ends.

When a project ends or your part in it stops, close out so findings, labels, and drafts stay clean and nothing sensitive lingers on your machines.

## Checklist

<Steps>
  <Step title="Submit or release work">
    Finish in-progress reviews, RLHF items, and writing drafts, or release them in the UI before the end date.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Delete local copies">
    Remove downloaded scenarios, traces, or credentials from personal machines.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Expect tool revocation">
    Project Slack, drives, and UIs go away after offboarding.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm with your project lead">
    Flag anything unresolved: open escalations, disputed findings, or items you could not finish.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Leaving one project does not close your account. Your organization can assign you to other projects you are eligible for.
</Note>

## Paused projects

If a project pauses:

* No new tasks from that project
* Your account stays active
* Other projects may continue

## After offboarding

| Item               | Status                                                      |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| Portal access | Kept unless your org removes you from the engagement |
| Project tools      | Revoked                                                     |
| Future assignments | Still possible if you remain in good standing with your org |

You get email confirmation when offboarding completes. Questions go to your project lead or [support@akhara.ai](mailto:support@akhara.ai).
